As Dressage at Devon pre- pares for its 48th installment of one of the most beloved dres- sage shows and USEF Heritage Competitions in the country, the team who reinvents the “mag- ic” of the event each year, has stepped up to the plate in 2023 to offer one of their most exciting, action-packed events to date. Keeping with the original mission of the Delaware Valley Combined Training Association or “DVCTA” of which Dressage at Devon “DaD” was born, the show to this day strives to offer dressage enthusiasts and Devon locals alike six action-packed days of competition, camarade- rie, and of course education of the sport and art of dressage. When the Dressage at Devon Box Office welcomes spectators and exhibitors to the historic Devon show grounds on Tuesday, September 26, they can expect to be a part of the tradition of the show with the familiar favorites and cornerstones of the event as well as be delighted by unique, new additions. While Dressage at Devon revolves heavily around the elite level competition, each day at DaD is so much more than just a horse show. With some of the best shopping in the equestrian in- dustry with the highly anticipated Fall Festival, to educational sem- inars and lectures with the leaders in the industry, to a day just for kids and some of the most FUN to be had in the sport of Dressage in the U.S., Dressage at Devon is a playground for horse lovers. For the past 48 years, the team of incredible volunteers and forward-thinking minds have always managed to hone the show to be better and better each year to keep the “magic” of Dressage at Devon alive, and this year is no exception. Feel the electricity of the Dixon Oval for yourself this year and make memories with the whole family. Alice Tarjan and Serenade MF were the winners of the CDI-W Grand Prix Freestyle at Dressage at Devon in 2023. The top national and international equestrians will return for the fixture’s 48th year September 26 to October 1 in Devon, PA.
