Want to experience fun, focus, and horsemanship on high-quality grounds this summer? Join the Radnor Hunt Pony Club! With more than 40 members, Radnor Hunt Pony Club has a variety of ages and experience levels so members are sure to connect with other riders with similar goals. New members are always welcome. Pony Club encourages young riders up to age 25 to master learning how to ride and how to take care of their ponies. Members can ride in the open from the earliest age. They are not confined to the ring!
Members of the Radnor Hunt Pony Club have access to more than seventeen acres of preserved land, two fenced arenas including a dressage and lighted area for evening use, and a sprawling cross country course for training. Invited instructors and valuable clinics are offered, and members will be able to participate in Pony Club rallies and learn the importance of horse management in both mounted and unmounted meetings. Members can learn and participate in a number of disciplines including hunter/jumper, polocross games, polo, dressage, and cross county. Pony Club has a reputation for producing competent horse managers widely recognized around the world.
The Radnor Hunt Pony Club runs from November 1 through October 31; any child with access to a mount is welcome to join and new memberships are prorated. RHPC will host a jumper show on May 6, 2017.
